Amae Studio was born from a simple belief: what we choose to wear, surround ourselves with, and create should feel like an extension of who we are.

From the very beginning, we have been drawn to the unexpected. We have always believed that the most meaningful pieces are those that feel personal—full of character, colour, emotion, and individuality. Never created simply to be beautiful, but to tell a story. To reflect a feeling. To express something before words ever could.

That belief became the foundation of Amae.

We are a design studio dedicated to creating original expressions through print, pattern, colour, and form. While our first creations may be worn, our vision extends far beyond clothing. We see design as a language—one that can live on fabric, objects, spaces, and experiences. Every piece begins with an idea, an emotion, or a moment worth preserving.

The name Amae reflects the freedom to be unapologetically yourself. It is about embracing individuality with quiet confidence and celebrating the beauty of what makes each of us different.
